one month now no wheat or gluten, tried beef last weekend after a few hrs stiffness and sore legs so no meat any more,
hard to walk past cake shops but it has to be done, surveying gluten free breads and products.
no normal morning pains or leg cramps, more free time in morning not having toast or bread just coffee. and 3 vegetarian meals a day.
waiting for rainy season to finish and start jogging and see what effect the cold weather has on my joints I mean Thailand cold about 12c not the normal 36c
